Plans are out for this location with a physical address of 17901 N. May Ave. Approximately 4,700 square feet with a Laredo Taco and indoor seating.

The plans are out to bid for this project. The expected finish date provided appears to be mid to late November.

The Velvet Taco location in Norman has a sign up that says Training in Progress so they should be getting close to opening soon.

Plans are out for this project to bid as well as two others.

Norman location on 24th and Lindsey swapped over last week. Took them a couple of days but no noticeable changes to the interior other than signage.

That location will be within a mile if not closer to the local franchise owner's offices and with all the large business there it should do well.

Most of the work on the Memorial Target Apple pad is done. Just waiting for the general contractor to finish up a couple of things.

I'm not 100% sure but I think from what I saw of the plans there was a portion of the wall that did look into Round 1

Plans are out to bid to General Contractors with a bid date of August 25th. So possibly by the end of September they might get going with construction.

They have had the road on Telephone being tore up for several weeks now with what looks like utilities being run so they are probably going to be starting up soon hopefully.

What was the date on those plans if you have the full sheet Pete? Curious how long ago this was thought out.
