    In the 60's I ate at Geno's on Agnew about SW26 or 27th. The Round-Up was better(imho) on SW 29th just east of Agnew.

    edit- just saw Carlton's Keeper's post about Geno's location. He is correct.

    I know where I lived we could walk to the movies on Sat in Capitol Hill. I remember the mezzanine on the elevator at Brown's. Bought a crystal radio kit there for Cub Scouts.

    I loved marbles..seems like they were followed by tops being the "in" game. I had a "whistler" that (duh) whistled when it spun. Tried to spike the others tops. hard to do though.
