    It's hard to tell from the posted site plan but after downloading the drawings and viewing the plan at full size, the arrows on May are slightly lighter than the arrows on the OnCue property....

    6 penthouse units per floor for the top seven floors, and 12 units (8 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units) per floor for the rest of the tower, according to the concept package from December.

    A supertall is defined as a skyscraper with a height of 300 m (984 ft) to 599 m (1,965 ft), so it's a real thing lol. Megatalls are 600+ m.

    No problem, but even in the map I provided there's tons of undeveloped land and developed land with no population, so I think it's a fairly good comparison to the cities I listed. Add in 5 sq miles...
