Saks has had a decline for a while and has had to cut payroll and inventory in this location. The customer base to the Mall doesn't support the price point of the store. The reports of the mall...

I was the manager there. It had declining sales and traffic (mall wide). They planned to close it as far back as 2011 when the plans for the outlet store where made.

The expansion will be on the south end of the 'mall'. Coach for men and Kenneth Cole have signed.
