At my age, I remember February has been notorious for some ice storms.

It's usually February when the ice shows up.

It should be in the new oklahomans' hand book or in a newborn parents discharge instructions that one viewing of the weather daily should be required. :)

Yup, always makes me wonder why I picked the medical profession (among other reasons)...open 24 hours (rain/shine/ice/earthquake/tornado/diseases in general)

KFOR Emily Sutton and other dude were hinting that Sunday into Monday may be a bread and milk event.........Really?

They were saying snow fell, melted instantly on road due to recent temps and then refroze? Makes sense.

There was ton of black ice in western Oklahoma city (fake Yukon) and a school bus who apparently didn't get memo and was stuck on a shoulder after sliding. This was at 0630-700 when I left for work...

The visable satellite images show a lot of clearing southwest correct? Or am I looking at the wrong thing?

That might make for a bad day for some...

I’m at Kilpatrick and Wilshire. I don’t know if it was the wind or what but the sirens didn’t seem as loud as they do on Saturday….or any other time. It seems like some weren’t sounding..
