Remember that this is not just a branch, but the HQ office for the bank. So you have to have parking to accommodate probably 20-30 people at least who work there on a daily basis.
Aaannyywwaaaayyy….
Back to this development. I wish we had renderings without the supertall, and then one with it. Would be nice to see what the possible reality would look like 3-5 years from now.
This is kind of strange. My vote would be to switch back to the 89ers and just keep that permanently. The branding is cool and there are a lot of people who love that name/brand.
I’m really looking forward to Manchester Orchestra and Jimmy Eat World at the Criterion next month!
Teaser trailer is out. This movie is going to be awesome.

I wonder how much of the $150 million in “on and off balance sheet financing” is credit lines they can tap into.
Right, I’m saying their wells won’t be affected by new neighborhoods…
Density = greater affordability. The city has already paid to have sewer and water run to this area, so more neighborhoods are coming sooner or later.
Nothing like making the housing crisis worse by denying the ability to build starter homes.
This failed the city council vote today.

My thoughts exactly. I have no hard evidence for this but I swear the bugs are worse when we don’t have a freeze early in the spring season.
It will. That is a temporary setup while they build out the new buildings. It’s not fun, especially if it’s cold out or you are lugging around luggage/kids.

All of the metro is now included in the moderate risk area.
That area can be pretty bad as far as petty crime goes.
IIRC, this used to be the right of way for the Interurban rail line. Pretty cool.
Looks like these are from Nearmap or something similar.
It can kind of feel that way. My counterpoint would be that the best football players in the world were not playing in the XFL. LIV has siphoned off some great players, including one of the hottest...
Wow! LIV is fairly controversial and I’m still on the fence how I feel about it. That being said, this is a big deal.
Yeah, I am having a difficult time thinking of what could go here to get an ROI on that kind of investment. Seems you would have to go somewhat vertical.
According to the Tampa airport website, OKC-TPA on Breeze resumes 4/15/23.
Their stock is up 32% today.
^ totally agree. I wonder if this would help with pricing and/or getting more allocated items into the state. My local liquor store always has a few bottles of Buffalo Trace but they sell it for $60....
