They need to open the locks on the canal 100% if they want to attempt to fill the lake while the river is high. It's all flowing downstream to Eufaula.

The completed one on Memorial and Broadway Ext still isn't open.

When they had "thunder alley" going; that was the best thing for downtown. Didn't the crowd size reach something like 10,000 people before they stopped doing it? They should bring that back.

In the area of Memorial and Broadway Extension; the old station and the new station. Will they be keeping both or closing the old one? Seems odd to have two so close together.

Here is an idea I think would work. Might sound like socialism; but it would be voluntary.

Comical situation with the water release. The gates at Canton were initially opened a half foot. Then increased to a full foot. Then trimmed down to .9. Now back at a half foot.

It appears the water is now at the locks. It really picked up speed after it got to El Reno.

Looks like maybe it just made it to El Reno. Seems the equipment is having an issue:

Maybe if they increase the flow or the water path has more of an elevation drop. It's moving in slow motion right now. I'm sure the dry sandy banks are soaking it up.

So it was originally going to be 10,500 acre feet released. Now 8,000. Gates open for 9 days then closed.

Unless the city is aggressive with the locks on 39th street; not much is going to get in...
