    Re: Mission BBQ

With BBQ, or most foods, is the objective criteria for competition judging? Sometimes "objective" criteria does not fully satisfy the definition of "great". For instance, a concert pianist can play...

    Re: Sellout Crowd

If the organizer was a scam artist, surely there was evidence or knowledge of that before they all jumped on the train and became a part.

    Re: University of Oklahoma Sports

More like A Greek who was kicked out by his fellow Greeks because of his racist behavior. We all need to show consequences to those in our own cliques who exhibit abhorrent behavior.

Or if one stays at a Holiday Inn Express, they are an expert. Lol. In this internet word of social media there is no fact, no intelligence, no expertise, no education…. Just opinion and everybody is...

Re: 1204 N. Hudson (formerly Arrive Hotel)

There’s a big difference between stating a preference in what you as an individual prefer in food and an evaluation of real estate prospects. Both are opinions but one is based on personal taste and...

Re: 1204 N. Hudson (formerly Arrive Hotel)

There is a fair amount of office space, but you make a sweeping opinion. Markets aren’t monoliths. There are many sub-sects of the market. What is the demand for new class A space in contiguous...

    Re: OAK (formerly Penn Central)

Fashion trends tend to develop in those areas way more than places like OKC. To deny that is silly. And it isn’t just population count. In OKC there is a very small emphasis put on design, art,...

    Re: OAK (formerly Penn Central)

When OKC begins to organically lead in design and fashion, then maybe our opinions will be more valuable. We are used as a test market for things like fast food and cheap consumables, but rarely for...

    Re: OnCue OKC Expansion

There’s a pretty large population surrounding it and May has a big traffic count. I think the location suffers more from being set back and not very visible.

    Re: OAK (formerly Penn Central)

But it doesn’t mean this is a relevant trendy city. Historically, Okc is generally not fashion or brand forward. Doesn’t mean they can’t find them on the internet. Just means they are slow adopters....

    Re: OAK (formerly Penn Central)

I don't think a lot of the OKC kids are very fashion brand forward. Also because A&F aren't targeting teens any more. But their tremendous growth shows their renewed popularity.

In a trade you have to consider matching salaries, and possibly exemptions. KD alone is $50 million.
  19. Re: NBA's Seattle Supersonics relocate to Oklahoma City.

Not in line? That’s been the theme of your postings. As OKC is having great success right now you post this stuff out and then try to act like you are all warm and cozy with OkC while trying to...

Oklahoma City is a marginally sized market and is still considerably bigger than the Tulsa market. Not only is its media market larger, it shows a much larger average and median income than Tulsa. ...
  21. Re: NBA's Seattle Supersonics relocate to Oklahoma City.

  23. Re: NBA's Seattle Supersonics relocate to Oklahoma City.

And that would have as much legitimacy as OKC claiming those things. Go earn what you get.., don’t just appropriate what others did as a team and organization. The previous Sonics will be the same...
