It's pretty far away to be 100% accurate but based on this picture is appears that Omni glass has facade access equipment. See those arms sticking up on the roof? Would think that's for maintenance...

So after a quick drive by they have forms up for Level 9! Looks like columns are going vertical at the waterpark too. FEC/Conference is next I'm assuming....
This probably more has to do with type of structure. All of the OAK structures currently going are cast-in-place concrete or wood. Those materials are easier to procure, hence more visible progress....
Contractor is Vincit Construction, they're known in the industry to have a few shady partners but overall good builders. I'm unsure about the prefab walls at the apartment building, but it appears...
Tough sell when the land is right next to a concrete plant, active railroad tracks and i235/i40. But really hope the area just north is properly redeveloped, lots of potential there.
Looks like they poured one half of the 5th level of the hotel this morning. Speeding along, even through the recent weather.
Especially if the structure of those upper floors are copy and paste
What an incredibly tight site. The coordination of material storage, deliveries, equipment, AND the safety of the workers and the public on this project would be a damn nightmare. Props to whoever is...
Maybe an early AM concrete pour?? Best time to do it for concrete plant and traffic reasons.
Should start seeing some more vertical within the next month or so. Really going to change the view driving down i40.
Those new bridges look great over there also.
Manhattan doesn't mess around. I'm sure the Chickasaw's are pushing too!
I've heard the goal is to get the pedestrian bridge completed by the end of 2024. Slightly before OKANA finishes up.
I know for a fact some of that area is old river bed. The river used to snake right through some of that property. Visible in old aerials.
The convention center also doubles as a family event center. This project is going to be huge for OKC. Can't wait to see how the rest of the area develops.
They are setting this bridge today!17921
Update for the section at MLK/First Americans Way and the River: There was a crane over there yesterday and they were able to set a bridge that crosses over an inlet into the river. I think they have...
They appear to be taking soil samples today on the larger undeveloped site
I've also been told it is still moving forward from a source associated with the contractor. Like Pete said projects this size take time in design and preconstruction.
As for the roads by the Prison, I would assume those were built at the current angles to accommodate the railroad (rock island? CRI&P?) that went through that section of downtown. I believe the old...
Came across this gem recently. Looks like it was flap to close in a chicken bucket? 17713
This area they are grading and part of SE 3rd used to be free parking for thunder games/thunder alley back in 2010-2012 time. Kind of ironic.
Hopefully further along than that. I'm unsure of current progress inside, but I've heard rumors in the industry that Boldt has quite the push to get done in time for the dedication.
Great pic! Still bringing in fill and possibly starting underground storm drainage. Looks like a possible culvert for underneath the future road in the bottom middle/right?
I've had the same idea, especially with how awkward the location is and the shape of the open space. It would be greatly used by the growing number of residents in the area. There's always lots of...
I believe those larger construction firms start this process very on. Especially when they don't have a huge local presence and will have to bring people in from out of state.
