    Re: OAK (formerly Penn Central)

You were thinking that OKC would skip RH and Arhaus and go directly to Gucci, Prada and Fendi?

You're calling OAK a strikeout before it even steps up to the plate. It has announced 3 new to market retailers/restaurants that are present in all of the cities you had brought up. So the fact they...

Can News 9 segment their programming based on location? Like, the storms in Leedey. Could they have solely showed weather in western Oklahoma, and left regular programming in OKC and in Eastern...

    I hope they were trolling.

But the people of Sulphur and Holdenville and Spaulding would definitely say it wasn't a bust.

    Still a bust?! Lol

My house got about an inch of rain in 30 minutes earlier this evening. Just north of Norman. It's insane! Still raining, as well. Hasn't stopped, just not severe rain.

The problem is, this is where oklahoma gets most of its rain. Not normal rain storms, but these torrential thunderstorms. If not, we are usually bone dry, at least in central oklahoma.

And, like you mentioned earlier, OKC's Penn Square Dillards are both basically at Nordstrom's level. Dillards as a whole, no. But OKC's has their nicest brands (literally a whole section of Creed...

So i guess Moore will be squarely in the firing line? All of OKC will hopefully get a solid drink, to help with the summer fire season.

Is the $260 million for the 1,800 beds? Or a smaller amount? Common sense would indicate a smaller amount of beds, but I am not sure, as I haven't followed in detail.

Re: Paycom Center (formerly Chesapeake Arena)

Well, if they don't design it around our current NBA team, it would be a major disservice. I think it's fine if it has a weird layout for hockey. Just my opinion, but no sense designing an arena with...

I mean, the NHL isn't happening here. If Houston csnt get a team, why would OKC?

I am sure the arena will be able to have an ice rink, though.

They averaged 800 less than full capacity per game. The arena holds such a small amount, that isn't a fair way to compare. But you do you.
