    Re: Restaurant closings

I'm pretty sure I read that Thai Union entirely divested itself of Red Lobster.

The more I read about RL, the more it seems to me they got kinda fleeced.

Re: May 2024 - General Weather Discussion

I think local weather mets in this market oughta use Swope as a model for this event. IMO she's knocking it out of the park with reasonable information and incredibly measured presentation.

And FWIW Lacey Swope is doing a dynamite job in his stead. She's totally measured and zero hysteria.

    Re: Sellout Crowd

Todd Lisenbee has been very frank about his experience with Sellout. His explanation strongly suggests talent was drawn in by, shall we say, "allegedly" bogus claims about investment into the company...

    Re: Buying car in Texas?

On the surface, this seems bogus. Oklahoma will have no authority over the behavior of a Texas business entity, so it would almost have to be a Texas law change. I've done a bit of checking and have...

    Re: Restaurant closings

Rumblings have been echoing that Red Lobster is all-but bankrupt. Wondering if this is just the beginning of wholesale closures.
  11. Re: Oklahoma City News TV personalities: past & present.

Recent shuffle of staff at KWTV has apparently led to the elimination of their daily 4AM newscast, and the departure of meteorologist Hannah Scholl.
