Probably bc if they go ahead with overpaying for the property (by everyone's standards except the homeowner) what is to stop the next one? The next 100 from doing the same thing which only drives up...
Wish this had better renderings to see the end look.
I know the owners. Very kind and good people.
He has diminished the WC in your mind but in the same breath, you are diminishing the Olympic events. Just end it.
While I don't disagree that the largest issue is developers sitting on the sideline and not participating in any improvements. I also know the city owns a significant amount of property that can...
Further infill reducing the surface parking lots throughout downtown and bricktown and surrounding the park.
I am hoping Omni will take over this property and add another tower in its place.
That will impact the amount for the state, not the City portion.

1000% and would actually save money doing it now vs 8 years from now.
I am interested as well but my understanding (while limited) is that it will be a 1 story building.
I didn't say the city was the one receiving the money. However, a tenant cannot sign into an agreement with something they have no ownership of.
I am almost 100% positive the contract was with the city. Just no reason for it to not be with the City. The contract may very well be broken but would only be done if they were signing a new one /...
