Good game today. We went out to eat at halftime. The place we ended up had some TVs on TNT and some on Bally. TNT was about 10 seconds behind Bally and had different angles. I hate it when that...

I haven't been logged out in months either. Once in a while my phone decides to log me out of pretty much everything but that's a couple times per year.

They were both pretty ritzy for dollar theaters. At least at first. When we were hanging wall sconces in the theaters themselves they had a guy following us making sure we didn't hurt the silk...
The Super Saver Cinema that I was lead electrician on opened in 1987 and closed in 2000. It was a dollar theater from day one. The building was demolished sometime since then.

Dollar theaters just didn't seem to work. I wired the one on 240 and Shields and the one at 63rd and NW Expressway. They were both built as dollar theaters. Neither lasted long.
Me too!
I love hockey. Love! I only halfway follow basketball because of our Thunder. As much as I would be ecstatic if we got an NHL team I don't see it happening in my lifetime. And I plan on having at...
Ok. But that was total attendance counting single game tickets. And not over 11k since '20. SLC has sold 11k season tickets and the move was only approved yesterday.
Just saw on ESPN that SLC has already sold 11k season tickets to the team. Whatever they'll be named. I don't know but seriously doubt Phoenix ever sold that many.

This one hurts. I've always loved ABB songs. And Betts was one of those players that could make a guitar cry or sing. Very sad day.
The Sports Animal coverage has said for 2 days now that they are opening the doors an hour early at 6:30. And the 1/2 price concessions promotion is from 6:30 to 7:30. Are they wrong? Wouldn't be the...
Just heard that O J Simpson died. He was 76. Yes, he had a checkered past but back in the day he was a hell of a running back.
The mention of Dallas's fairgrounds amphitheater is worlds different from considering OKC fairgrounds. Dallas FG is surrounded by museums and other cultural venues. And it's not far east of downtown....
I hope I can talk my wife into an August concert. I'd love to see Blues Traveler and Big Head Todd and the Monsters.

I like it!!!!!!
While I happen to like both arena FB and spring FB neither seem to be more than barely existing. The two spring FB leagues merged and dropped a bunch of teams in the process. Arena FB looks like...
I don't remember the club. But I can see how it would have provided a good place for Molly's servers to party. And they seemed like partying would fit right in with such outgoing people.
Edit: After...
I would love to see more about that. We really liked Molly Murphy's and had no idea anything more crazy than the bathroom line was happening.
Just a guess but I bet before long I bet there will be a new proposal put up for vote with just the Arrowhead upgrades in it. I think that would have passed easily. It's been my experience that KC is...
Our company is making all the employees complete the whole catalog of an online safety training provider. We got to the "C"s in April. Two courses were on COVID. But they were made in 2020. It was...
It's amazing to me how many small businesses haven't grasped the idea that it's 2024. An online media presence is necessary. And with the available resources it's not hard to put together a decent...
If Matteson actually builds this thing then maybe he deserves to be on the same page with Boys, Draper and Ackerman. Maybe. Until then no way.
I agree completely. But we're don't have that. Multiple games would tell much more. But since we can't have that the Tournament is the best measure of what teams/conferences were for real that we...
The Tourny shows how teams really play when pitted against the good teams in college BB. The season doesn't.
