What are the chances Trader Joe's will open by the end of 2016? Anyone know how long it typically is from signing a lease to opening a store?

Wondering how far along this has progressed. What would the next steps be? Have any permits been filed or is it WAY too early? Hoping this is my last holiday season without Trader Joe's.
