Mostly, these awards are about who has the most saturation and/or who has the most money to lobby for the awards.

Probably the biggest blues act around right now is Watermelon Slim. His site is down right now, otherwise I'd link it. He's received a lot of national attention for his newest album and just signed...

They haven't announced with bands play which day. I'll update it here when they do.

Gates open at 5pm Friday and 1pm on Saturday. I imagine things will last until 2am on both days.

Most of them are from Oklahoma.

There will be a handful of them from Texas, California, etc. Most of those haven't been announced yet.

It's funny that you're comparing the 12th rated station in OKC with the 11th and 10th.

This was announced on my site the other day. I think it's a great way to expose the public to a bunch of local bands.
