They should consider placing the new arena and soccer stadium close together within the same complex, incorporating hotels, apartments, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments around them. This...
It's such a shame to see such prime real estate occupied by these unsightly houses. I'd much prefer to see a mixed-use development or apartment complex in that spot.
I think it will eventually be built. If that doesn't happen, it doesn't really matter to me. They're not knocking down anything for this; it's always been empty land. Chill, guys!
Pete: Do you know who the proprietors are?
So, the Aurora space will be vacated?
"The defeat Tuesday of a three-eighths cent sales tax to fund a new downtown Royals ballpark and renovate the Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium was almost assuredly not the end of the matter. Other teams and...
Hum, how should I put this into words?
This doesn't look cool when it doesn't look new, this is an example of lazy, filling-the-blank school of architecture, or simplicity for the maximum profit...
I hope we won't see another Wheeler District there, those designs won't age well with time.

I love all the drama.
Since she's involved, I guess this will be selected? It's actually the best proposal. However, it may take a while since Marva doesn't seem to move fast on things. I wish Pivot Project would take...

It's full but does it attract people? I haven't checked it for awhile, last time I went, it looked pretty dead.
Thank you, Pete! You're the best.
Hi guys, is there a way to get a better map shown in this article? Thank you!

Thank goodness! Midtown already seems saturated with Fitzsimmons designs. Unlike McKown and Pivot, MR exclusively employs a single architect. I'm not entirely convinced that this is the best...
Too lazy to check the previous page (where Pete posted a bunch of photos)? Anyway, where have you been lately? You're actually confusing all of us here.

I have OCD, and the street layout in these areas drives me crazy, lol.

Wow, look at those parking lots, I wonder why this isn't a developed area in OKC, somebody must take advantage of that massive traffic.
Totally agree, if the city doesn't allow cheap buildings to be built (HTeaO, Salad and Go, Scooter's Coffee, Dutch Bros, etc.), there will be no such ugly things.
I kinda knew it when it was still a plan, why would you need another bar when there are 10 other (better) options around?
Well, that's another one of ... as well. I'm indifferent with that project because the current design is too fugly for that prime location, another lazy design that can be found anywhere in the US.
I don't see what the big deal is about IKEA. Their products seem to be of low quality, suitable only for apartments and tiny houses. Good place for families to hang out though.
This is probably one of the longest (slowest) projects in OKC.
