    i totally understand the brick, but i wonder why they chose to remove the decorative columns on the second-floor arches. maybe they plan on enclosing that section?

    ^gotcha... google maps labels that as "407 nw 5th st parking." given that, i had assumed that 405 would've been on the east side of hudson.

    they're getting pretty close to finishing up the exterior... last i saw, brick is up about 3/4 of the way to the top. i'm really happy that it's not mostly eifs.

    i started to dip my toes into the hobby last year. i have just one printer, an elegoo neptune 3 max, and it's been pretty fun to use. what printers do you run?

    there are a few 3d printing services around the city, but i don't know of any place that sells filament. if you absolutely want to buy from a brick-and-mortar, one of those might be worth reaching...
