I would agree. I was more referencing the idea that it would be "hard" for them to grow to 750 employees... not so much a new tower.

Continental Resources has a market cap of 14.58 Billion vs Sandridge with a market cap of 3.14 Billion (CHK 14.49B, DVN 26.9B). Upon moving to OKC, Continental will not have much trouble growing...

I park downtown all of the time for multiple different events during day and night and never have issues. Paying $5 or walking a couple blocks is not a parking problem.
