Simply Falafel in Edmond has a great gyro. Their beef shish-ka-bob is the best thing i've had on the menu.

Signature Grill in Edmond, best restaurant in the city, IMO.

The basil balsamic vinaigrette at Signature Grill or the ceasar at Michaels.

The stretch from Salina to Denver isn't any better.
