Black Bear Diner sent me an email saying they will be open. A few others have as well, but I can't really remember. Pete's link is the list, but it's a big article, you have to scroll.

Found this rather interesting. Clearly, those restaurants that are open do enough business they feel they don't need to advertise that fact very well, even though the hunger (pun intended) is clear.
