Unidentified Restaurant at Sooner Rose
So we know about the new Chick-fil-A at Sooner Rose, but i can't find anything to identify the new restaurant just east of it. Construction stopped during COVID so who knows if the place will finish (if i were the city, i would have a stipulation that construction has to be completed once started or i'll fine you for a whole lot more than the price of the construction).
Any ideas?
