This doesn't seem consistent with the original plan. I'm not seeing the part where the cars would pull up along the east side of the building. Did the plans change, Pete?

for some reason I thought these were going to be rentals. I like everything about these except 1 bedroom for that much seems high, though I get it's about the square footage.

Originally, the plan was for them to be apartments but somewhere along the line that changed.
I dig the finishes of the interior here, they look like nice construction. But once again, a downtown condo project asking for nearly half a million dollars with no actual garage for car(s).
The same thing with 701 Hudson - they expect someone to drop over a mill on the penthouse and it doesn't even have an enclosed garage.
