The firm will take the top three levels of the building which will be located directly east of Saint Anothy Hospital on a long-vacant lot bounded by Walker, Hudson, NW 10th and NW 9th.
Commercial space will face NW 10th with a parking structure on the south side of the property.
Construction should start this year with occupancy planned for 2024.
