    The road and streetscape are substantially complete in the 39th Street District just went of Penn; just in time for Pride this weekend.





    Great new landscaping, wide sidewalks, new streetlights and a bunch of small touches have completely transformed this district.

    The Pride on 39th Festival is June 3-5. The parade will start 6PM on Sunday the 5th .
