Richard McKown (Level, Mosaic, OKSea) is proposing more apartments for the vacant lot directly east of Level and south of 400 N. Walnut in the Deep Deuce District.
McKown was the only respondent to an RFP by the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority; he already owned about half the vacant lot.
