The structure is being redeveloped by Chuck Ainsworth in conjunction with the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority and will be the new home for Physicians Liability Insurance Co. (PLICO) with the possibility of retail on the first floor. There will be a third floor added to the two-story structure. Total cost is estimated at $4 million.

Ainsworth also owns the land directly to the east and has plans for further expansion at a later date.

PLICO needs to vacate their space at The Reserve (226 Dean A. McGee) by July 2015, so this project should start to move forward very quickly.
