  • All About Cha to open in Mideke Building in Bricktown

A popular local restaurant featuring breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, coffee and tea has signed a lease to occupy almost 4,000 square feet in the ground floor of Bricktown's Mideke Building.

The historic structure is currently being renovated as the headquarters for Tom Ward's new venture, Tapstone Energy. Ward was a co-founder of Chesapeake Energy and former CEO of SandRidge Energy. Tapstone is set to move in later this year.

All About Cha will be the only restaurant tenant in the building and the offerings will mirror their other 3 locations in Oklahoma City and 1 in Tulsa.

Preliminary plans call for hours of 7AM to midnight every day but Sunday.

Situated on the corner of Main Street and Oklahoma Avenue, the downtown location will also have rooms for private events and meetings to cater to the downtown environment. The recently opened Holiday Inn Express is directly north with four more hotels and the 350-unit Steelyard apartments planned to the east.

Construction is expected to start soon with opening planned for early 2016.
