LOS ANGELES (AP (http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D8OTS26G3&show_article=1)) - A judge sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail Friday for violating her probation, putting the brakes on the hotel heiress' famous high life.

Hilton, who parlayed her name and relentless partying into worldwide notoriety, must go to jail on June 5 and she will not be allowed any work release, no furloughs, no use of an alternative jail and no electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled after a hearing.

45 days without wearing Monola Blancs (sp?)...Talk about cruel and unusual punishment

Like the way this judge thinks...Need to send every above the law celebrity to see Mr. Sauer

This would be a first. I would have to see it to believe it.

What does Paris Hilton have to do with "jailbait?" She is of legal age in every state.

While she does not denotatively qualify under the "legal" definition of "jailbait", that term is also used informally to describe someone who piques the sexual interest of her fellow inmates. I apologize that the title was too clever for you.

Who needs to be an "expert" in "jailbait?" She is over 21.

Anderson, The law is called "Age of Consent." It is not 21. For example, the "legal" age of consent in Oklahoma is 16 years old in most instances.

My money says she doesn't serve more than a couple of days if that. They, like us, are experiencing overcrowded jails with real criminals. Personally though, I think 45 days would do her some good.

I think this is going to make her more famous than ever. Think about Martha Stewart. It really reshapens a female celebrity's image when she has to 'suffer' through a jail sentence. Now she can play the role of a victim. Or she will use it to begin to 'relate' to the poor and misguided. Or, maybe not, she could stay the same and just get more press time.

Hey guys, Not to be a the dreaded Thread Police here, but a thought..... Most know I am as frustrated at Anderson as anyone, but I'm afraid this is getting awfully close to blatant TOS violations. We all agree that Anderson stretches the truth, exaggerates, infuriates, on and on. But, in my opinion, suggesting someone is a pedophile is taking it a little too far.

My post had nothing to do with suggesting mranderson, or for that matter anyone, who would drive an ice cream truck is, would be, or might be a pedophile. Why would I make that insinuation when I drove one myself, many, many years ago. Had three kids, needed the extra money, and it beat welfare and panhandling.

BaconCheeseBurgerDeluxe,

Thanks for posting that delicious picture of the food. You just filled me with hunger on a Monday morning. Glad you lightened it up. Plus, everyone was off-topic within 6 posts.

Let's get back to talking about Paris Hilton and her spoiled, rich-kid, "I can do anything I want cause I'm a celebrity" lifestyle.

The judge is doing her a favor, maybe saving her from running over and killing someone. I do hope she enjoys prison food. It should be a humbling experience for her and a good lesson. I doubt too, that she'll be enjoying designer sheets and pillow cases with a high thread count, ya think?
