Just wondering about the proposed development that is said to occur due north of Quail Springs mall. Are there plans for construction anytime soon?

Haven't heard anymore about it.

I bet they have retreated into the "planning" stage. When the announcement was made, there were no plans or rendoring released. My guess is because there were none yet, or too preliminary to release. I figure a project of that scale will be in the planning stages for close to a year, and then it will have to go through approvals with the city, then changes be made, then re-approval with the city, then construction could begin on phase 1 of many. All of this assumes that financing is/will be in place, and pre-leasing is going well. I would be floored if constuction started prior to fall 2008.

I think the proposal was all talk, and there's nothing factual in any of it.

That's a masterplan, and it was actually one of several options he was looking at.

He has his financing in place. It's a go.
