As I was driving by the building a few days ago, it looks like they are leasing out parts of the 2nd floor to other tenants, so I guess the steak house won't occupy the whole building. Am I correct?

I hope they will open early, I will be in the city for the Arts Festival weekend, and would LOVE to patronize the fine dining establishment. Looks like it will be light years ahead of Cattlemans.

They won't be open by Arts Festival time, but should be open by sometime this summer, just judging from constuction...

Last they announced was June 1st.
