The Centennial has a website with a live camera showing the construction. Does the new Bricktown Hampton Inn have any sort of site or way we can see the construction going on?

Not that I'm aware of, thanks for posting this, I've been meaning to for some time and keep forgetting, I think it's off Timberlake's website for this one. Perhaps once foundation/framework starts for the HI, maybe that construction company will post one.

Is that as deep as it's going to be? It looks like the foundation extends further west.

I think that is it, you know how Hogan loves to build parking lots.

Hogan Development = Parking Lot King.......got to love it, Bricktown.

Is this still going to have that tan EFIS exterior on the upper floors? If so I will be disappointed in Hogan for ruining yet another project. If the whole building is brick, as it should be, I will be somewhat happy but that parking lot behind still irks me.

BG, most of the parking will be underground. I'm sure that part in the back will be a small lot for deliveries, unloading, etc.

The lot in the back is as big or bigger than the building.

I heard a pretty solid lead that the Lit Clothing in Deep Deuce will be moving into the Centennial shortly. I hate to see them vacate Deep Deuce, but it's probably a better financial move since they'll see a much higher foot traffic count and hopefully establish a little more retail with Firefly clothing being across the canal. I also heard of a few more downtown moves, but I can't disclose them yet.

Good or bad on those secret ones, metro?

Good overall and definitely for the long run downtown.

I still don't like this building. It just seems like the design could be better, especially along the canal. I hope this is the last of this type of design we see in Bricktown. I have high hopes for the Cotton project.
