Any news yet of future development on the empty lot of land that is on the corner across the water from the canal entrance?

There is a proposal for mid rise towers on both sides of the canal there, but contruction has not been announced.

The new 9 story Hampton Inn will be the tallest building in bricktown. Could one of these "mid-rise towers" be taller than that?

It's possible, but they would have to get an exception from the height limit.

what "pad" lot are you talking about. There are multiple canal entrances. There is no "main" entrance. FYI, there are two exact same threads in this exact forum about Hogan's last pad site on the canal. All pad sites facing the canal have now been spoken for.

I live in Ft. Worth, so there may be a building there by now. I'm talking about the empty lot of land across from the bricktown ball park, and the canal ticket office.

No there isn't a building there yet, supposively it's still in the design phases. Perhaps Steve Lackmeyer can write an update article on it? Here is the article talking about Gary Cotton's plans for that site:

Nothing new here, bricktown projects move so slow??
