Holy Smokes! That is amazing!

I'm so impressed... do you think they made that video to send to potential retailers?

As the saying goes, "You can't polish a turd".

The roads look nice in that video though. Thanks for the post.

By the way, if you're going to watch this at work, be sure to turn up the volume. Then, count how many people peek around the corner or conveniently make their way to your desk just to see what you're watching. Just listen to the soundtrack and you'll see what I mean.

That was amazing! I wonder who's doing the marketing for the project? They deserve a lot of credit. Obviously Hogan picked a winner to market the thing.

ON EDIT: A little investigative work shows that the animation was produced by Image Fiction Architectural Illustrators of Chicago.

I like the canal shot with the water taxis and the people were too cool!

It looks a lot nicer than it really is. Hopefully the new buildings will look at least that good and will fill up with retail, not more restaurants, and the retailers will do well there. That's a lot of hoping.

Where did you find that? The beginning of the animation has the logo for Skyline INK, a local firm that my company works with frequently.

Anyway, it's a really good animation. (the website is great too) I really like the look of the proposed retail building between Harkins and Toby's. I wish he had build them all like that.

Image Action is Randy's agency, they are really great, they office at the lake next to Hogan's offices.

Skyline Ink did the animation, they are sooo amazing! I have been a big fan of their work for a long time. They have spent many hours mapping out Downtown and it shows in their work. We are lucky they are here in OKC.

I agree, I'm not in the least bit a Hogan fan but I'll give the marketing video props

Too bad the coolest part of the video doesn't even exist.

1) is that market happening or just something for the marketing materials like this?

2) is that lot even big enough to build a retail market of that size on it?
