View Full Version : OCFD Recruits work with "Habitat For Humanity"

Yesterday and today, the new recruits from the Oklahoma City Fire Department assisted Habitat For Humanity in construction on one of their homes.

This is actually part of the recruits' training, where they prove how well they can all work together as a team to get the job done. Their job at this construction site was to install rafters, deck the roof, cornice work, put up sidewall insulation board, and put up the siding.

I had the opportunity to observe them working, and I can tell you that they worked as a team. I was able to take a few pics....
