Who do you think actually initiates flirting, the man or woman? And how?

BOTH! I'm a major flirt, it's just my personality. I have male friends that are also flirts. I have married friends that are flirts. I think who does it first just depends on the situation. If I'm out and run across a man that I don't see as attractive, I'm not going to initiate any flirting, but he may start flirting with me and become more attractive. A male super-model can look like a cow patty if they are just sitting there with a monotone look on their face like they have down syndrome. An average joe with a great attitude and putting himself out there, can make me want to know more about him.

I've heard that women initiate first most of the time, with a glance and a smile. But men work like Mr Magoo and often don't see/notice it.

I think women are more sly about it. We just sort of lift the eyebrow a little and smile at the same time. LOL!!
