Okay. It is 2010. The Hornets have been somewhat successful in their return to nola. The OKC Lightning are in their third season, after Stern awarded Las Vegas and OKC NBA teams. The team won 15 games the first year, and 17 the second. What happens to crowd support/the franchise? We can't hardly attract free agents because of the small market. Novelty is waning. Do we survive as an expansion team? Or do we need the Hornets to stay put to have a successful NBA team?

Either way it would be successful.

Thousands of Oklahomans show up to watch Oklahoma State play football every fall and winter, so I don't think a professional team, even a losing one would hurt for money here in OKC :)

I hope you two are right. I just have a bad feeling about an expansion team.
