In the vein of "I wish" for new/different types of eating establishments for OKC, I would personally love to see La Madeline's come here. They are a fixture in the Dallas metro area, and have a vast array of pastries, light sandwiches, teas...

In a sense, it's a more effete, refined version of Panera, and with bit broader menu. It has a more genteel environment; very, very nice, bigger breakfast selection. They'd do well in a place like Chatenay in SW OKC, or Edmond, or Bricktown...
