Shoot, if you're cooking with it, why bother getting the good stuff. Melted cheese all tastes the same to me.

MMM I love fresh mozzarella. Doesn't compare to the harder storebought kind. I'd try the Watonga Cheese outlet on 39th or the new Downtown Farmer's market on Wednesdays. Some of the deli's have some good balls of mozzarella. Believe it or not but I get some at Wal-Mart frequently in their specialty deli section up front by the deli. They usually have several brands and kinds, some even marinated in herbs and olive oil.
