The Triangle's website- www.thetriangleokc.com- is gone.

I hope it doesn't mean the project is cancelled or having difficulty. Maybe they didn't want the webspace? Nothing out of the ordinary on TAP's website, but then again they still have the Factory on there.

It expired on 02/01/06 according to the website. I bet they just forgot to pay for the site. It only costs a few bucks, and I'm sure they'd do it if someone emailed them and told them about it.

The Brownstones and "The Villa" project are still underway. They will actually be opening a sales office on the ground floor of the Tap building on Broadway in a few weeks. There is actually a bet going on between developers as to which one of them will break ground first. I saw Anthony the other day and he looked utterly exhausted. Apparently, charting new waters with a city that has not had for-sale units in years is a hard act to follow through on.
