Can anyone explain here what exactly a soulmate is? I don't think I believe in them any more. I used to think soulmates were extremely rare...That most, even married people, never find theirs. But it was possible.

Now I think a soulmate is a figment of one's own imagination. Whe one unconditionally loves and accepts another, when one has nearly everything in common with the other, he/she may be considered as a soulmate. Issue: You can never know if the other's feelings are truly reciprocated.

I did not until I met the woman I am with now. She and I emailed via Yahoo for many months before we met, and flet an immediate connection. In fact, although I did date other women, and would have now if we had not met in person, deep down, no one gave me enjoyment like she has. (please. No snide remarks)

Sex must be good. Sorry, had to throw that one in.

By the way, I don't believe in love at first sight.
