Hopefully, we'll bounce back tonight after losing to Memphis last night, 73-89, before 13,271 fans in Memphis. We are now 8-9.

We'll be home again (but w/o much rest) against Boston, 7-10, 1-5 on the road. The Celtics are currently 24th in league attendance at 16,088. Here's their home arena, the TD Bankworth Garden (formerly Fleet Center), which has a capacity of 18,624:

Though its so damn cold right now, let's get down to the Ford Center and support the Hornets!

KarrieD reports to me that if you bring 5 cans of food to the game you'll get a voucher for free ticket to an upcoming (and unknown) Hornets game ... take another person who also has 5 cans of food and that's 2 tickets! See this link: http://newsok.com/article/1697931/ a part of which reads,

Fans who bring in five canned food items for tonight’s game will receive a voucher for a free ticket to a future Hornets game this season. The food drive goes to replenish the stock for the Regional Food Bank for Oklahoma and to help the one in five children (in Oklahoma) who are at risk.

Attendance was like 18,700 something. Not bad for a cold, snowy night. I bet it was sold out and some people didn't show up due to the weather.

Yeah, we had a good turnout last night for a Wednesday ... and for a 10 degree or so Wednesday ... 18,753 (correct from initial post which said 18,739) fans (sellout is 19,163) ... our home court average attendance actually increased by 2 (me and my buddy that went with me, I guess!) from 18,737 to 18,739.

I'm about to post my game & bee pics ... so, while the team pretty much matched the temperature (brrrr) outside, it wasn't because of a lack of fan support!

No doubt, especially with the free throws! What was up with that? We make those and we're in it.

I was lucky enough to get courtside seats for this one. You got to do that, at least once. It was awesome.
