Since this related more to Shinn and not the Hornets, I thought I'd post this in this forum. Several people have said here that Shinn might've bought his home more as an investment. He paid $385,000 for a home with a market value of $206,000. If he sells it, I bet he loses money. The previous owners paid $140,000 for the house backin 2000, but they completely renovated it.

"George and Denise Shinn bought property at 1224 Marlboro Lane, Nichols Hills Addition, Oklahoma City 73116-6221 for $385,000 from Sandra K. Giasson, Book 9896, Page 1,892."
