This project is near completion. The new windows and sign have been up for quite some time. The new outdoor staircase leading to a future "Cheer's - style" bar is finished. The building already has a few tenants who have purchased, not leased, their own floors. This building has really cleaned up and should be adding to the CBD street life shortly! I'll try to upload some pictures from my phone.
