I recently wanted to contact the Sonic Driven headquarterts and leave some positive feedback. After searching for a good 10-15 minutes I finally gave up. Apparently you cannot contact Sonic via email.

I decided to checkout other fast food web sites and discovered the following. / Their contact us page was down for maintenance. / Online form / Online form / Does not communication via email...PERIOD.

You would think these companies would want to make it as easy as possible for their customers to communicate. Maybe some local Sonic exec will see this post and tell us why Sonic makes it so difficult to communicate with them.

That's my rant for the day. I feel better now.

That's the only email address listed on the entire site.

I've actually heard stock investors/traders wondering the same thing.
They have an 800 number for feedback somewhere. I don't know why it isn't listed on the website either.

There is a 800# on the order board at each sonic. I called it once to make a complaint, ant they were very professional and attentive.
