I couldn't find a Shops at Moore topic but the Office Depot in Moore recently closed down and is going to be replaced with an Old Navy. Glad to see they found someone to fill this space and the building wasn't left empty for an extended period of time.

Original schedule had a completion date of around the middle of August for the construction work to convert the space. There would then be anywhere from a couple weeks to a month for Old Navy to install fixtures and bring in merchandise so best guess is end of Sept if covid didn't change any of their plans.

This project is out for rebid to general contractors for the beginning of October and now lists a completion date of 04/30/2021. If no other delays it may be June 2021 before it would be open.
