Don't think I saw it mentioned here yet (and sorry if I'm posting in wrong forum), but construction has started on 9601 N. Council Rd for a senior living/multi-family apartment complex. Ever since I've moved to OKC in 2011, that lot of land has been vacant, so it was surprising to learn that it's turning into an apartment complex, especially with one so close by.
