This is great to hear, it’s a great location and hopefully the upgrades will bring in some new tenants.

Drove by last week and saw several pallets of bricks in front of the building, along with a dumpster.

Never got off the ground.

They are probably not completely finished but the center building looks plain/odd ...but the final product may surprise
