I got an email forwarded to me by our school district to complete a survey for Oklahoma County to determine future zoning regulations.


Oklahoma County is updating its zoning and subdivision regulations and they want your input! The regulations govern future development in regards to land use types, lot sizes, water and sewer provisions, signs, parking, landscaping, and related development considerations. Note that the County’s regulations apply only to the unincorporated portions of the County (i.e., the regulations do not apply within any city limits).

I am right on the edge of OKC up here, and I travel through the county areas frequently so I completed it (it does have you provide your work and home addresses, so they can tell if you don't live in the unincorporated county area. At the end it shared all the answers so far and compared my answers to them. I thought it might be an interesting area for discussion, so here is where the survey stands so far:
