Was saddened to hear that the now-defunct Penn 44 bowling center is apparently slated for demolition (if it hasn't already started). Spent lots of fun late evenings there as a kid, at least until the also-now- defunct Bowling Green and Moore Bowl came around. Hate to see bowling kinda just fade away.

I can't find any demo permits in OKC's system so it should still be standing... for now, anyway... Disappointing news, though. Several bad reviews of the management there but the interior pictures do make the place look relatively nice.

I saw some pics on Facebook today with some trucks doing what I would guess is pre-demo prep, e.g. whatever they can do that doesn't require the actual demo permit...
