I think there's some interesting ideas here but some solutions I don't think we would want in OKC. In talking about Stockholm, he says that because they started charging for access to the central roads that some people just stopped going downtown. We definitely don't want to discourage people to go or be in downtown OKC.

OKC is at least several decades away from having the density that makes downtown a crippling chokepoint in terms of traffic.
